    To conclude their topic on the Mayas, year 5 got the opportunity to listen to an archaeologist and handle authentic Maya artefacts.

    Congratulations to the Sportshall Athletics team who won their heat today at Essex University. Well done to everyone involved.
  • Year 5/6 Sportshall Athletics Colchester Final
    After their success at the group stages, on Wednesday morning, the Sportshall Athletics team set off for the Colchester area final at Essex University.
  • PJS Choir at the O2
    On Tuesday 5th February 35 Year 5 and 6 children travelled to the O2 in London to sing as part of the Young Voices Choir. It was truly amazing!

    On Tuesday 26th February, Prettygate Junior school was invaded by a fierce tribe of Anglo-Saxons!
  • Year 5 and 6 Cross Country
    After winning the heats in the House Cross Country Trials and training extremely hard, it was the year 5 and 6 cross country teams' turn to race at the Colchester finals.
